Kio Hi an welcome to BP you are on the Right Track. i wish when i was 16 that i should have started an yes i was told the same thing as well but never let that stop you. since i am living Proof that Real Estate Investing Works whether your Wholesaling,or Flipping,or a Landlord. you will make it just stick with it join some Real Estate Clubs while going to college. Shaunta Hi since you have found a Buyer for the Property that is Great Now did you also sign a Purchase Contract with the Seller sounds like your on the right Track but Having a Mentor is worth its weight in Gold anyway to answer your Questions sounds like you Need an assignment Fee.
