I love having hot tubs in my properties and certainly good wifi.

Exploring new platforms to increase bookings, how about using VRBO, currently my properties are on airbnb and most of my bookings come from there. I read you!

We put up a tree and decorate the main group rooms. People coming to our lake house for Christmas I think like to have a fully decorated home.

I do leave out wrapping paper and tape like @Calvin Baughman does.

Definitely will want to get them cleared out early January, I stayed at a property in Gatlinburg last year that still had a Christmas Tree up in mid February!

Yes it is very true, and leaving the decoration after the dates is not very beneficial.
