Hi.Dennis. It happens that I almost finished my insurance license   become and an insurance provider. I though it will be great additional tool under my belt doing real estate. I have access to quote a property before buying it not go just by guess like many do/hope.  I will represent Farmers Insurance in MO/KS.  I cannot give you any quote nor I am authorized to provide any advice. I believe I will finish all training next month. I look forward  collaborating with all you guys guarding your back while you make $$$.

Hey Chad. I will start to help people with insurance some time in end of this month. Chad if I could helpful to you or other people, partners who seek advice/suggestion or just a quote in insurance of property and casualty, life and health as well let me know .     Hi fellow. Check out supply and demand first on real estate Realtor or agent. 101 economics we must not forget. For example if you check out how many deal State processed per this year and compare to registered licenses in the State. When you have a ration 1:1  I would not bother, because  a regressive calculation might tell  you one agent closed one deal per year!Warren buffet rules ; Do fewer thing, do they often, be great on them.

3.Ask 5- 6 questions related to a  job you ask to do and rate from 0-10. Don't skip around ask 1 question at a time talk thoroughly than rate and  move to the next question. Make a score compare with others asking the same questions all participants.

6.What is a purpose of any business? To create a customer  and help him  than you will be rewarded  with a profit.

7.A structured interview is must. Behavioral part when you ask a candidate to describe prior achievement matching those to what you search for a current job. Situational part is when you ask job-related  hypothetical situations "if tenant asked you this with angry demand how would you respond".

8.Don't hire just smart. Hire who makes your company more successful, thus himself too. Entrepreneur mindset who'll operate as an owner who you can trust. Trust is feeling purely speaking.

9.Never go with guts hiring people.

10. Ask yourself this question" Why someone would work with us?". Not for us with us is very sensitive word usage. Lately, we do not manage people !!! You can manage inventory, money, time, quality etc. We influence people just. Apply these and live headache free business  life.

Hi everyone. I decided to join this wonderful place filled with such knowledgeable people who talk about real estate non stop. I would like to help some one  to boost his wealth in real estate out there in MO or KS though. I would like to learn more about real estate in all directions and concentrate on one thing. I practice an eclectic learning in my life. Currently, I want to do a flip with more knowledgeable person to get more "smarts" insights value for value premise. I don't have a capital to invest as for now.
