@Jorvon SmithI have seen that website before (myhousedeals.com).  How do you like that site and are they really deals or just a place where bad deals go to get pushed?

I am looking to purchase a multi-unit in Austin and want to know what website people use to track down tax information, equity and purchase price.  I have tried to search on the internet for such a site but I am not having any luck.  

I go through an independent insurance broker who reps several companies and he feels Safeco has a great product.  I use Safeco for both of my properties in Austin.

I would spend some time listening to the BP podcasts.  They are truly a wealth of knowledge.  Several of the podcasts discuss mentors and how to get involved with them.  Best of luck!
