Deron you are too far away from me if you were close I would be buying your properties virgina beach I heard is a great place the beaches are beautiful but I don't invest far from my back yard I want to stay local because I know mi market

I am looking for a house or mobile home in their own lot . If you own a house free and clear and you want to sell with owner financing i am interested to buy a house it could be a fixerupper as long is livable i can put 5 to 10 % down on 100 k on the house thank you

Deanna the leak is after the meter and I pay for the water I talked to the city many times they said there is nothing they can due about they said if the landlord doesn't fixed and I have to fixed

need advice last month I noticed that  was a water leak on the main line on the yard so I called the city they came and said it was on my landlord side so he was responsible for fixing the leak . I told him he has to fix the leak . Everytime I call him he treat me to kick me out basically my lease expired already .I don't know what to do I want to move out but iam in the process to buy me a house so far I didn't find anything yet. Iam running out of options .Any advice from anybody  than you

I want to invest in real state because I have passion for plus I could get cash flow every month and also is tax friendly and last I love ugly houses for some people may not like but I see opportunity when other people see problems

Investing with partners, personally I wouldn't due . I did a partnership that turned a nightmare at the end,  I walk away with almost nothing ,and he kept the business, but if you would do a partnership you have to partner with somebody that shares the same vision same goals, and you have to make sure you and your partner knows the role of each one,and have in writing when the partnership will start and when is going to end, but if you invest with wrong partner you will have a nightmare. I don't try to scare anybody just be aware what it could happen to you,  if you don't pick the right partner.

you shouldn't  quit your job you will be burn in no time if you keep your job you would have money coming in and do real state part time that will keep you longer in the game
