My suggestion is to listen to all the podcasts. Quite easy because you can do it at the gym, in the car, or pretty much anywhere. Not only enlightening, but entertaining as Josh & Brandon bring their unique Joie de vivre to each podcast

Also simultaneously use the site to search for any topic of interest.

Re. my investment strategy, great question. This first deal (private lending) was basically me putting my toe in the water. This is a 12-month balloon note @ 13%. Going forward, also interested in stable, passive income via buy & hold. Flipping? Not sure. I am reading J Scott's excellent book on the subject.
