Do you just form LLC for a property or does your LLC handle money from tenants and management stuff

In other words, do you own a landlording company?

For example, you OWN the units and also have policies in place through a created company

Like “ Charlie smith real estate group! “

When applicants apply, they apply to the LLC or landlording company

Tenant is violating contract and staying past lease date

Can I make LEGAL threats to them?

“ I will be calling police for trespassing “

Etc?

Let a guy live in my rental while he was remodeling it
