- The way I usually conduct my terms, varies from house to house.

For address 123 Funny Lane.... I might charge a 250.00 MOVE in fee, With a 1k Security Deposit.

For address 356 Cool Lane... I may charge a 100.00 move in fee and a 500.00 security deposit

My point: since early on, my terms and conditions have always been changing, as I’ve been learning and learning. Is it wrong to change terms for A few properties and keep them the same for others? I want to charge a move in fee starting NOW, on all my current vacancies. Do you see an issue with doing this?
