Took a chance on a young lady with 4 kids, as many landlords know, kids can be very detrimental to a property. A large percentage of landlords discriminate against children in the application process... I decided not to.

- after 3 months of moving her in, my house is completely destroyed. My hard work is wasted. I spent thousands on rehabbing prior to her move in.

My question:

- Do you rent to people with small children? Why or why not?

- What should I do from here on out....?

The laws say 2 per bedroom. I don’t want that . I want less

Something I have never thought of before.. Asking Preliminary Questions before I show the prospective person the house?

- Do you ask a couple pre-Lim questions before you take the time to let them SEE the property? Has this saved you time, by weeding out who’s not a serious option?

I don’t do it full time because I have to find other ways to make money as well!!! Lol
