Does anyone have thoughts about what areas are best for cash-flowing rental investments within 30 minutes of Charleston, SC? I prefer small multi-family but am open to SF. I don't mind doing renovations. I would prefer to stay in B neighborhoods.

How would I research which sub-market is best.

I have been driving for dollars and found some apparently abandoned properties. How do I find/contact the owner?

I am trying to decide between the various submarkets in my area to buy and hold small multi-family rental properties. How do I tell which submarket is best for this? What sources should I use to find the appropriate statistics?

Carol Zeroual, Why is it so important to know what you want to do before getting cards and forming your LLC? What experience did you learn that lesson from?

Thank you!
