@Gabriel Kolendrekaj hey this sounds great i really like you way of thinking .. I have money put away and a pretty tight connections with license contractors being my cousin is one and does work for home flippers so that’s the plus end .. I like the flipping idea but my issue is I’m not sure how to get started in that area as such as using my 60k to purchase a home that needs work. Even homes that need work are on the expensive side here it’s kind of unreal ! That’s why I’m asking this question to hear what others would do i like to hear a bunch of things just in case i haven’t thought or began to think about yet. Thanks for your input it was def helpful i appreciate you very much. How is your real Estate investing going ?

I have 60k cash saved up to put into use. I live in Staten Island a rough area in real estate! It’s expensive here so just trying to here what some people would do with 60k the best way to make it stretch and put it into use !!

@Ricky Davis I have read rich dad poor dad .. and i am currently reading “The book on rental property investing” by Brandon turner ! So far it’s a great read. I spend a lot of time reading on real estate my knowledge is great from books but on hands and in person knowledge isn’t so great. As i said to a previous reply. I was a union carpenter for 4 years, my father 25+ years and have family who are licensed contractors. That’s a plus ! But nobody around me has got into real estate investing so i am looking to find someone who can teach and show me the ropes. I can repay any way i can wether it’s helping with things, working etc. !!

Excited my wife surprised ordered me Brandon turners “The book on Rental Property Investing”. Straight off BiggerPockets .. also got “Financial Freedom with Real Estate Investing” by Michael Blank ! Anyone recommend any other books I love getting my knowledge threw books
