Looking to make my first investment with real estate. I am going to buy a house and rent out the side apartment that me and my wife will live in , But besides that, uncertain if i should get into rentals which i don’t understand to much because I’m not sure how you make profitable money off that i guess it’s a long term thing .. or buying houses that are under market value and putting work into them for them to be sold. Advice ?? Looking for help/ mentors/ investment partners etc.

Hello everyone, I am new to Biggerpockets and it seems like a great app and site ! I am fairly new to the game haven’t made any investments but have a bunch of places saved on my phone and laptop. I have 0 people in my life to ask questions about these topics so o appreciate all the positive help i receive, my goal is to own properties and fix and sell property.

So my question is I’m curious to know if i invest into properties how do i make money when i have loans that are out ? Can someone guide me and explain these things to me I’m also looking for a mentor that i can exchange numbers and won’t mind schooling me on curtain things i appreciate all the help i can get and looking forward to getting this journey started. Just was wondering what is a good start to real estate and how much you should spend around. And easiest way to get a good loan. 

Hello my names Frankie, I'm 19 years old I'm very interested in real estate. This is I don't have the money for it but I am a hungry young man looking for success. I've worked plenty of construction jobs so I know how to do a lot of the hands on work. I need a loan but have no credit either I haven't started it yet so it's difficult. Can anyone help me out ? I have big hopes to make a lot of money in this feild.
