In our experience, buyers who are interested in a particular area of the beach will contact realtors there. We list all of our resort properties locally. Good luck.

Since your agent is paid by the seller, no reason not use someone who has expertise and a license to do this for you. Generally not a good idea to start drafting legal documents (which have legal consequences) armed only with advice that you received online. Good luck.
