Hello everyone,

How are you? My name is Gabriel. I am located in Rochester, NY. Specifically in Fairport. I am in the process of putting a team together for my new fix and flip business. One of the elements of my team would be a general contractor. I know of some, but it is always good to have a few on your team for many reasons. Can anyone point me in the right direction of finding and making contact with a few contractors? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

One of the components is to have a good insurance agent. Can anyone recommend an insurance agent that understands or has experience working with real estate investors. Ideally in fix and flips. My name is Gabriel. I have watched I have been a pro member of Bigger Pockets for a little over two weeks now. I am very close to starting my fix and flip business. I have done everything from becoming a member of my local REIA club to watching a ton of webinars on this site. I came across a website called freedombyflipping.com. Now I know that a lot of websites out there are your basic get rich quick scams. This site however seems to drill down to my niche and strategy. Has anyone used the courses on this site? IS this another one of those "pay me $20,000 and I will make you rich" scams I welcome your replies.
