Hey ! What’s going on my fellow BPer’s ?!?!
I know it’s a little bit of a late introduction for me but I’m finally making my introduction post to make myself more known ! A little bit about me and my expectations, I’m a active duty stationed in Camp Pendleton but in the next 6 months being transferred to 29 palms(both in California). My wife is my business partner and starting next week she will be leaving her job to do this business full time. I use every chance I get to look at deals and educate myself on the daily(books,podcasts,blogs,etc.). We are fully motivated dedicated members looking to get our first deal started(looking for a multi-family currently in the Yuka valley market) that way we can house hack. Our main trouble right now is finding a mentor but I will be making another post about that. But I’m looking forward to getting more insight by you guys !

Good afternoon my fellow BPers,
I was curious to see if anybody has some good references for house flipping contractors out in Fresno, Ca. Even if it’s in the vicinity and they’re willing to work within Fresno or Clovis. Thanks ahead of time !

Good evening all,
I’m happy and proud to say after doing a lot of due diligence and research with the power team of me and my wife we should be purchasing a house(if the deal is right) within the next three months! Now, I have a silly question. When you take out a loan do you put the ARV costs into the loan ? If I need to go more in detail I will but the help would be much appreciated.

Hey boss what’s going,
I’m stationed here on Pendleton and even though I have no experience in purchasing real estate, I’d love to connect with you because it’s awesome to talk to like minded marines, if you want to grab a beer or coffee man me and my wife would love to sit down
