Hey guys my wife and I will be in Fresno/ Clovis the week of February 19th-24th and was wondering if any investors out there would be willing to meet over a cup of coffee or even lunch. Were looking to get insight on any info we can! knowing the Fresno market is where we want to invest in because thats where we are from.

We know about the meet ups here and have been looking into them in Fresno also. My wife joined the Chamber of Commerce in Clovis to start Networking and w'ell be attending the New member meet up on the 21st.

If anyone is interested in meeting up with us please let us know, we'd love to meet and we are keeping an open schedule!

Thank you,

-Gabriel & Alyssa Zapata.

@Josiah Collins hi Josiah, I havent invested in Fresno yet but I plan to soon! I saw some youtube videos that Brandon from the podcasts posted and he usually puts 5% for maintenance, his videos are a big help.

I can't remember which book it was from either the J Scott flipping book or the ABC's of Realestate investing by Ken McElroy.. they mentioned depending on the condition of the property was how much you wanted to put down for CapEx so minimum around 5 and if you know its an old place that looks like its going to need some good repairs soon you may want to put 10-15% down..

I highly recommend reading those 2 books.
