@Devonta Taylor may I ask which course you went though and would you recommend it? also Good luck!

My wife and I have been looking for a mentor as well and let me tell you it is hard! But always be open to making new friends and meeting new people because you never know who will help. We still have not found a physical mentor but the search continues. Good luck Drake!

Joel Owens that’s freaking awesome and some even more awesome goals! Happy to hear you have the confidence to work with people one on one ☝️ are you an investor in commercial real estate yourself ?
Good evening everybody! I thought for my late night bed time story anybody who is everybody would love to share their story on how they have started their own real estate business! Wether that be an investment firm, General contractors business, real estate agent and brokers, etc. the question is what kind of business is it? How long have you been doing it? And what are your next steps for 2018? Thank you and goodnight everybody!

So far I’ve been reading “the way of the wolf” by Jordan Belfort. Just interacting with people and listening to how he and his team would negotiate sales haas had a big impact on my conversations!

My wife and I have found a few private investors, but our question is where do we go from there? Do we set up a bank account for investors and where would we? Should we speak to a lawyer about writing up a contract for our investors with certain terms and agreements? Has anyone set up a google docs account for your investors to follow along with you every step of the way? Is there any sort of laws I should be looking out for that would avoid me from getting arrested is basically what I'm asking lol.

This would be for a fix and flip property where we would pay back their loan with interest.

What is up my BPers(and obviously my Real Estate Agents),

So me and my wife have been doing a lot of research in the Temecula market(not for pizza even though their are some amazing spots) lately and we have been very interested going about investing in the Temecula market. We understand it's going to be a tough market to get into(we have our gloves on) but on our part we are doing constant work. Me and my wife have discussed that it's time to get a real estate agent on our team(team zap). So here I am asking on my hands and keyboard keys can I have a great recommend real estate agent by anyone out there. Or if some of the real estate agents like tutting their own horn and saying they would like to work with us we'd love to start a colleague conversation with you! (Drop the mic.)
