Maybe buy a small inspection camera (or check FB marketplace) and drill a hole inside your base cabinets to check out the space under the cabinets but above the floor. Something like this:
Your friend has shared a link to a Home Depot product they think you would be interested in seeing.

Hi @Tony Nguyen,
I'm currently putting together a pitch for my 3rd deal and I was wondering if I could also check out a copy of your pitch book. Thanks!

Hey Mark. We have been using Fixer.com. Not sure if you have heard of them but I figured I would pass the name along.

Hi Guys! I'd check out Mark Ainley at GC Realty . I've spoken to him a few times and he's extremely helpful. I know his firm works in the Woodlawn area so maybe the are in Englewood as well.

Hi Guys,
Quick question, I currently have 2 tenants that have cats in their units. Unfortunately, I did not charge them a "pet deposit". I now have a long term tenant who is requesting to get a dog.
I was wondering what the best way is to handle this, do I only charge a "Dog Deposit/Fee" only? Should I add the pet fee when my current tenants with the cats renew? Should it be the same price for both?
Any feedback is great. Thanks BP!

Wow! This is awesome! Congratulations Brie! Your first BP podcast was what got me into the real estate investing world. My wife and I now have 5 properties and we are looking to expand. We can't wait for the day when we get to post a success story like this!

Afternoon Alex! I'm also a new investor starting out in the Avondale area of Chicago. I was wondering, did you have any success with the banks mentioned above? I'm currently seeking a few banks to work with that are willing to help us refi out of our short term position into a longer term one.
Thanks!
Any information from anyone else would also be greatly appreciated!
