I run two Meet-Up Real Estate Investment groups in Northern NJ.  One group i general with all types of investors...from single family to large multifamily and the second group is focused on Wholesalers and Rehabbers.  Message me and I'll send you the information for them if you're interested in attending.

Absolutely it's open to others...additionally, I just started a second group that's focused on Wholesalers called New Jersey Real Estate Wholesalers Network.  I am having a joint meeting for both groups on Wednesday, May 18th at 6:30pm.  The Meet-Ups are held at The Recovery Room located at 65 Old Hook Road, Westwood, NJ.  I look forward to seeing you there.

1.)  There are always deals in NJ, but you have to have the patience and be dedicated to find them.

2.)  Sorry don't know of any agents in that area that specialize in them.

3.)  You will want to have these contracts already drafted and ready to go prior to finding that buyer.  I would suggest contacting an attorney to draft them for you or join a mentorship program within this area where they are given to you.

4.)  Sorry, I don't know how to flip your picture around on BP.
