Hello All,

I run a Meet-Up in North Jersey called New Jersey Real Estate Investing & Beyond.   I have a meeting every month and our March meeting is March 30th at 6:30pm.  I hold the event at The Recovery Room located at 65 Old Hook Road, Westwood, NJ 07675.  This upcoming meeting we will be discussing estimating repairs accurately.  As always there will be time for networking!  Feel free to bring a friend...or two.

I run a Meet-Up group here in North Jersey if you want a more personal way to ask questions and get feedback.  Our next meeting is on February 23rd at 6:30pm in Westwood, NJ.  Our meetings are held at The Recovery Room on Old Hook Road in Westwood, NJ.  The topic of discussion for this meeting is "Analyzing the Deal."  If you have any questions just reach out to me.

I will have experienced investors go through how they analyze their deals. The types of deals we will be analyzing will be single family flips, small multi-families and large multi-families. It will be a gathering of about 20 people where you will be able to ask questions and get them answered. Different people have different methodologies on how they analyze...you will be able to see how others do it and take from their experience.
