Sounds interesting, depending on time and place, i may be able to swing by.

boggles my mind how crude some people are…level of expertise in an industry does not correlate with empathy by any means.  there can be a million reasons why someone may have left the remains, easy to write it off as "they didnt care enough".

Brittany, you can also join an actual real estate broker that invests in distressed properties, get licensed, learn the business from the inside and get paid.
