separately, I use SoundCloud to listen to BP podcasts, you get the latest episodes very quickly, the app is great, and as an added bonus, or quiiiick tip (shout out @Joshua Dorkin and @Brandon Turner) - if you're a T-Mobile customer (I am) you don’t use any data to stream them. On my device, as of 4/19/16 that’s all the episodes archived back to episode 94, or roughly 110 hours of real estate bliss.

Welcome to BP!  Best of luck to you, I'm sure you'll learn some tremendous insights during the next 4 years.

I would consider the expected cost of the lawsuit and maybe offer to provide a buyer rebate to the seller (amount depending on the esimated opportunity cost).
