@Dwayne Gilbert Always - always be completely honest and up front with all people you deal with in REI. You will be rewarded! As far as telling the realtor, seller, buyer in general - all you need to tell them is you are an investor, and that is the truth. All the best on your REI road.

@Omar Salinas Welcome to the BP community. A good place to start is select the Learn tab in blue area @ top of BP page. In drop down - Hover over Free How To Guides - select/read ultimate beginners guide, also how to start wholesaling, Set up some keyword alerts, be sure to follow some selected forums of your choice. Start networking with other BP members in SA, there a quite a few of them, and go to a local meet up of BP members or check into some REIA meetings in your area, there are several. All the best on your chosen path.

@Greg Odom welcome to the BP community. It looks like you have a solid path laid out for yourself, one thing to consider is getting involved with a local BP meetup, or a REIA group, but as has been mentioned the REIA groups can cost and they may want to sell something. All the best on your chosen niche.

The microwave drawer has been around for a few years. They are getting better each new model. There are a few brand names - Sharp, Dacor, Bosch, Thermador, Gaggeneau, Jen Air, & Wolf. They are all made by Sharp. Come in 1 or 1.2 cu ft, 950-1000 watts, 24" or 30" models, most come with control locks to prevent accidents. The one drawback they run $950 - $1700 in costs. But I think they really give an upscale look to a kitchen.
