We are selling a property that still in my wife's former married name, and looking to turn around and reinvest it in a new piece of property under an LLC. Is there a way to get around the "same name" rule of the 1031 Exchange?

@Rashard Brandon, i'm starting to look in the Asheville area for SFR, MULTI and "Mild" Flip residences. Im currently in North GA and SE Tennessee.

@Dave Van Horn, AABBY, good call.  I'll have to download that one.  My desk is covered with Business cards.  My navigator (wife) uses WISE.  

Was sitting around talking with another REI investor friend and the discussion turned to useful phone apps that we use in out day to day business. My favorites are BP, Google Maps, iScanner, Zillow, Realator.com, Trulia, and Evernote.  Other than the BP phone app which im sure is a no brainer, what does the BP family consider to be their favorite go-to mobile app to assist them in their day to day business of REI.
