I have a note I am foreclosing on. I need to place force placed insurance just to protect my investment. Any good recommendations?

Has anyone in here used or discussed using the 144A Bond funding program to purchase multi family properties. If so what is your take on it and is it a good program to try and use?

This is non owner occupied. The seller is willing to do up to 20% seller carry.

@Theo Hicks do you recommend working with those in my city or the city of the property?

I have been looking into purchasing a small multi family deal. I have a owner who will carry a second but I need to find a bank who will work with a 2nd. Can anybody recommend a bank, credit union, or financing that will work with a 2nd?
