Hey BP!
I'm currently in the process of setting up my LLC, primarily for asset protection, and working towards "legitimizing" my Real Estate Business.
Just curious how many of you have actually experienced a lawsuit through your RE biz? Would love to hear some stories...Did you have an LLC or not? What was the end result?
Thanks!!

Hey Justin,
First of all, thank you for your service!! I hope you had a nice 4th of July celebration and also congratulations on your 'soon to be' newest family member!! Exciting times for you and your fam.
The Pro membership certainly has some nice additions, I really like being able to search all over the country for local members in different zip codes or cities. It's awesome to be able to connect with folks that live in an area that you are planning on investing in.
Good luck on the wholesaling gig and also on your future investments.
All the best!
Gil

Thanks @Ramon Fyffe
I'm amazed by the courage that some people in this world possess. To take your family into the unknown is mind-blowing to me.
Best of luck!
