Hello BP!  I am Giovanny Garcia an active duty Army Soldier who has just been stationed at San Angelo Texas.  I am pretty new to real estate investing and even more so to BP.  I was put onto BP by a friend back in December and recently started listening to the Podcast.  I honestly do not know why I have waited so long to get started here nonetheless I'm here!  Looking forward to learn from this place and all of the information it has and really excited to meet some investors in the area.  So if you are in San Angelo, Texas or know of someone in the area please please connect with me so we can share some ideas and learn from one another, thanks.

Real estate is an extremely versatile vehicle for your money to grow, whether it be to fund a fix and flip project, to acquire a rental property, to fix and flip a property yourself and so on. At this Meetup we will get to know one another and share ideas of what to do as well as what not to do. This is the very first Meetup I organize so please be patient, I am more than open to any input or ideas anyone may have.
