Hope to see anyone who can make it out that day.  If you are interested but think there is a better time or place please let me know.  I am more than open to input and feedback. 

@Britt Hennings I'll be holding it every week same time same place unless I get feedback from people to change the time and place.  Last week no on arrived, I expect it to be slow at the beginning but hopefully we can build a strong network with time.

Yeah, here in Texas it is way off.  My property is El Paso has a Zestimate of $290K it realistically would go for $200k tops!  

But thanks everyone for your input and especially @Account Closed I am originally from NY myself.

Hey @Malcolm Lawson great tips for sure.  That is exactly how I got started with purchasing my house in El Paso, and rented it out when I deployed as well as once I actually PCSed.  I would love to talk more so I will certainly message you, hope to do some business down the road and thanks for the information.
