@Jordan Sutherland, Huge Congratulations.  Very inspiring and motivating.

@Zach Hubert-Allen.  I recommend ALL of the BP Podcasts. Each one is unique and very informative and presented in a way that anyone can understand.  The guests are very generous with their knowledge and examples of how they run their business.  Most importantly, they are REAL PEOPLE! They share the good and the bad!  When they've made mistakes they share, their successes they share. They're conversational and even funny.

I joined BP earlier this year and while I haven't completed all, I've listed to Podcast from 100 and up. I started by choosing a topic I'm interested in listened to that.  Every morning on my bike ride I chose a podcast and I listen to it TWICE. Once one the way out, and again when I'm on the home. Now that I'm at the most recent I will go back and listen to one of my favorites, or a strategy I want to learn more about, or one of the earlier podcasts.

All I can say is "pearls of wisdom".  You will never go wrong picking a BP podcast.

And Josh and Brandon aren't bad either :-) . Seriously Josh and Brandon are great on the podcasts.

Hi Everyone,

Hope you're having a great day. Considering a couple small multi units to use as rentals in Lubbock TX’s Bayless Atkins neighborhood. Would anyone with knowledge of the area please share what you know about the area? All opinions are helpful.

Would also like recommendations on a property management company, and Inspector.
