Another awesome speaker lined up! @Holly Williams is a pleasure to talk to and I know she'll add tons of value on stage this year. Part of Holly's mission, as a first generation accredited investor, is to help others learn about and invest in the same opportunities she invests in, but didn't know about earlier in life. Oh yeah, and her company, keepmore.com, holds over $100M in multifamily assets. Safe to say she has a lot to share with us.

 Good to know, thank you. Spontaneous, we're actually renting it for anyone who wants to record an episode live at the conference.

 I've talked to a couple of people that plan on skiing after the event, that is my plan as well. But I can't speak for everyone else, I'm sure some will do all the above.

Wanted to mention in here that we'll have a podcast stage in the exhibitor area this year for live podcast recordings! @Whitney Sewell, @Adam Adams, @John Casmon, have you ever recorded in a live environment? Any tips if so?

I couldn't agree more, haven't skied in years, definitely looking forward to it. Are you close to Denver?

@Dan Handford is a true entrepreneur, building multiple seven-figure businesses, founder of the Multifamily Investor Nation, real estate investor, and big time BiggerPockets contributor.

We're thankful he's a part of our conference this year, bringing a lot of expertise to the stage for us to learn from. I've worked with Dan a couple of times throughout the last couple of years and have watched his real estate business explode. One thing I've kept note of, Dan is a tremendous marketer. I've often wondered, @Dan Handford, if your marketing skills and ideas are a result of hustle and trial and error or learned through school or other programs/teachings? 

Hopefully everyone is getting ready for an extremely value packed weekend in February.
