I have to agree with @Charlie MacPherson. As an investor and a licensed agent in Bristol County, I am currently working heavily in the Fall River market with great returns and an easy buy in price to get started for new investors.
The biggest part of investing in this city and any of the others mentioned above like, Brockton, Taunton, New Bedford and Fall River, is going to be knowing the locations as well as knowing which strategies work best in the different locations.
Feel free to come to any of the Real Estate Investing meetups we have on the southcoast and we can discuss the correct strategies for your goals and target cities!
Cheers to your success!

You got it @Matt Andrew I might be starting to get a soft spot for New Bedford the more I see you, lol.
@Flavio Zanetti The market for tenants is very strong and we usually have more applicants than we know what to do with. The quality of the tenant will always be dictated by the landlord, so you will want a great property manager.
@Jimmy Murray owns Lyon Property Management. They are by far one of the best on BP and they manage a whole bunch of property for my investors and I am in the process of moving my personal portfolio over. Here is their website: https://www.lyonpropertygroup.com/
If you are looking to find out more about the local real estate market please feel free to send me a private message and we can connect. I am always happy to discuss my market and portfolio.
Cheers to our success!
