From Music to Multifamily: A tale of grand adventure.
In November 2011, you would have found Corinn performing new works in various pop-up performance locations across Philadelphia. In September 2012 she began cutting her teeth as a first-time landlord while holding down a job as a project manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia.

In September 2017 with 18 buildings under management, the side hustle of real estate demanded full-time attention and Corinn left the world of steady paychecks. Now in September 2019, Corinn can add Self Storage Syndicator and Operations Manager to her resume.

It’s been a wild ride and she is not done yet. Corinn will share her best tales, what not to do, what made her most able to navigate the ever-changing tides of life in real estate, and how you can too!

Bio:
Corinn Altomare started Hearthfire Holdings as a side hustle to support her vagabond musician lifestyle. She quickly found that real estate investment has a unique cadence and drama all its own. Tapping her work experience in law and technology project management, Corinn applied tools and systematized operations to optimize the Hearthfire Holdings business model. Hearthfire Holdings projects encompass syndications in multifamily, mixed-use, and most recently self-storage.

Check local FB groups and or Meetups for recommendations.

I still use the same CPA as before.

Joe,

You are on point regarding that specific neighborhood. I would focus on what exactly is holding your sale. I will be more than happy to look at the pics and finishes and give you my opinion.

I have flipped and build new construction there so I can share my experience with you.

I would stay away. If nobody pulled permit, the job was never inspected so there's no way to know what is really going on behind the walls.
