Hello fellow members. I had a great 2023. I did 59 transactions. kept 13 doors to myself. Bought my first apartment building but only 6 apartments. Apartment complex was a full rehab. Im looking to network with different people to be able to buy 100 doors this year. I have several construction crews that do work for another investors too.

Im looking for a good CRM. I signed up with Resimpli but I cant deal with a company that I cant call and ask question to a human person. Im no very computer technology savy. IM doing 5 to 6 deals a month. Im 1 prerson team. I dont care about price as long as the CRM could give me what i want. Im using deal machine for driving for dollars. Just sign up with propstream but I will like a CRM that i can do everything from calls texts and emails. I am using drive machine, batchleads, mojo caller and propstream.

Congrats. My suggestion will be dont put dishwahers because the units are small. I normally buy my appliances in dent and scratch places. Your units wont need a top of the line applainces I beleive. For Ac when i have units that small I purchased heat and ac windows units in home depot and you could put them in the living room. Builders Liquidators in Chamblee have good prices for water heaters.

New Investor here looking to meet in person with experience investors in Macon Columbus and Warner Robbins in GA. Im looking for mentors in the business preferably someone that buy and hold properties in this cities. I been buying properties in this towns and will like to pick the brains of experience investors in the area. I have a great network of Hispanic customers and contractors that im sure I can find a way to help anyone that need help with their houses. I have an specific nitch in my strategy that is working great for me but want to be sure that im doing everything like is supposed to be. I will do what ever will take to help any experience investors in anything they need. Thanks.

I start doing some lease to own in some properties and will like to have a chat with someone with experience doing several lease to own deals.

The houses I’m doing the lease to own aren’t ready to be move in. Houses need repairs.
