Hi, Emerson. My husband and I are in Tomball, with a similar story. We have 4 rentals and a primary residence all acquired in the past 3 years. My husband, Taylor Roy is in construction and has been for years. My Magnolia, Tx alert came up and just wanted to wish you luck with finding a flip. I've seen quit a few properties up for sale with flood damage...appears to be a lot of opportunity out there.
