I prefer the laminate flooring because it has worked for me the best. It has also lasted the longest. They do offer a heating element that you can put underneath the tile when it is installed.

I have seen some multi-family in NC and TN that are around 100 doors and that would be a great down payment on them. There are owner financed in a C class neighborhood.

I think they would be more interesting if they did not have all of the drama. "Amy you are making me go over my budget"... "Scott finish this house by yourself I am done". It gets ridicoulous. I just like seeing the befoe and afte. The rest is just BS.

I was just looking around to see if there were any meet ups in NC.
