Here are a couple of the pictures of the new windows that we have put in the last couple of weeks. One of the things I made a mistake on was buying replacement windows instead of new construction windows. I should have bought new construction since I will be putting new siding on the house.

I have heard you can do what they call a skip trace. You can do some research on here and find some companies that do it.

I consider myself a real estate investor because I find opportunities and take them. I don't find the sell first. I find the deal first.

I feel that I have a RID that's a Real estate Investing Degree. I got it from BPU. For those of you who don't know where that is it's Bigger Pockets University.

@Terri Lewis I purchased the home for$8,000 on auction.com. I also had to pay a $2,500 fee when you buy something using them. So my total price in is $10,500. The ARV is going to be around $100,000. I don't have a time frame because we are working on it as we have time. My payments don't start on it until May and they are only $150 a month. I hope to start putting some drywall up this week. I figure we will be done by the end of July. The main reason it is down to the studs is that all it had was paneling. I know that some of you said my pictures were upside down but they look right to me. Were the last 2 pics right?
