@David Krulac I too get HUD bid accepted 44%. It's a shame I don't have more investors in New York coming to me to bid for them.

@Adrien Schebott @Don Nelson @Brandon Battle This property is assessed value is $153k. Homes in the area are going for $180+ HUD had it listed for $135K and I'm asking only $115k. It's move in ready and very nice. The wholesalers ("nickel-dickers" as John Cochran calls them) have offered in the 90's for it. Trust me, this house is steal at 115k

Hi @Don Nelson This is a HUD-acquired property that I have under contract. I am wanting to double close on it and have the attorney already in place. I can not deal with "wholesalers" aka "Nickel-Dickers" because they want to buy the property from me for less than I'm buying the property from HUD.
