First of all my hearts and prayers goes out to everyone that is being effected with what is going on...

Now listen closely we are absolutely crushing it right now..The type of real estate deals we do are extremely useful in this time. We specialize in lease opions and land contracts. We are serving more sellers, buyers and students in this time of need. I'm just trying to help as many people as possible. I'm looking looking to put together more teams so we can serve more people. Please share this to anyone that you think may be interested in joining forces to help serve people. Please post on your social media platforms and blogs.

Welcome to the wonderful world of real estate investing...I wouldn't recommend getting a license right away find out if this is something that you really want to do. I don't recommend starting with bank loans either. Start by learning how to acquire property without using any of your money or credit. Once you learn how to do this you have a greater chance of making money with your money or credit. It isn't so much of the money but your applied knowledge that makes you money in this business..
