Welcome to the wonderful world of real estate investing...I wouldn't recommend getting a license right away find out if this is something that you really want to do. I don't recommend starting with bank loans either. Start by learning how to acquire property without using any of your money or credit. Once you learn how to do this you have a greater chance of making money with your money or credit. It isn't so much of the money but your applied knowledge that makes you money in this business..
