It would be my first investment, so I’m doing a lot of analyzing to see what makes the best sense and which market is doing good appreciation wise a little distance outside of NYC. Thanks for the advice. 

@Dan M. That’s a good question. I asked a colleague of mine who does appraisals in that area and that’s what he quoted me by just by looking at it and not doing an actual appraisal. A rough estimate basically. What would be your advice ?
