John Semanchuk haha yeah. I should've known that something was off. I didn't even see the difference between the addresses until this morning. The beach house is rented to foreign students that come to Myrtle Beach to work every summer. Charges around 90-110 per week per student. The 4 units could fit up to 19 students. I'm an idiot since I've hung out with so many of these foreign students from the past. Hahaa

Following up with the agent, he informed me that the listing is actually in Myrtle Beach, SC. Walking distance from the beach. I was misinformed about the listing. Sorry for the mix-up.
