awesome advice. There is no "free" lunch. but what you learn is "priceless".

Some people do better with books (or audio), seminar... etc. but execute what you learn, or else you'll just be buying books, seminar.

I like to listen to different topics (not just real estate). I also have wall street, NPR etc for news.
