You should abandon the domain you purchased for sure. People cannot spell your name or wholesale.
People also do not search wholesale on google they search cheap. So go order (yourareacode)cheap.com
CheapBerkshomes.com if that make sure you get CheapBerkshouses.com and point one to the other.

Lazar, make sure you put the phone number somewhere prominently on the top. People want to talk to people.
You also made a big mistake I counsel against. You bought the home without getting the house version. If the other guy does a lot of marketing this may benefit you, but I would not do any marketing using the domain you chose. You would lose about 20% of your traffic.

Your conversion is being hurt by a few things that I notice.
1. You do not have a phone number. You should have one at top right, in middle and at bottom of page so it is easy to contact you on phones.
2. You do not have what city you work in above the scroll. So Austin is not mentioned at all.
3. The graphic looks like you are a flooring company. You need a picture of a typical house in your market that is not in great shape, but not horrible.
4. Ask for the property address, not the home address.
5. Put a privacy policy link right next to the submit button.

They work a lot better for selling a house than buying.
I am guessing because code enforcement probably does not take them down as much since they think it is a homeowner.
Do not put 6 at the same major intersection where code drives every day. Put them at more minor intersections near where you want to buy.
Also great for building your buyers list.

I checked google for your town. There is not one person who has a google plus account. Should be able to do in about 2 weeks.
Your website if done correctly should be on first page of google in about 4 months.

I would not put both properties on same contract. You may only be able to sell one, and if you put on same contract then the contract would be invalid.

In our state, Florida, the 3 day notice is recorded as part of the court proceeding for evictions. This shows the landlords phone number. I call about 10 a day. Free other than the cost to drive to the courthouse.
