Orlando market harder than Bay area as there just aren't as many older homes.

It is easy to find good tenants right now, but there are a lot better markets than Orlando for cash flow. Very, very hard to find REAL deals right now.

The difference in this strategy is if you are wrong.

In traditional wholesaling if you cannot sell, you have lost nothing but time.

In the method proposed, you can lose money.

So risk tolerance is a major factor in this method, but you can and will make more money listing it in the mls.

Here are a few variables. keywords in the domain name help very little with google, but they help a little more with bing. DO NOT buy a domain with the word home, if you cannot also buy the domain with the word house. Also, buy the singular and plural if there is any possible confusion.

Get the shortest possible domain name that you like and then make sure the search terms you are targeting are part of your title, H1 and your alt tags. At least 1200 words per page but preferably 2000 naturally written words with no grammatical errors. 

You are on your way.

Check on meetup.com and see if you have a local wordpress meetup. Go to the meeting and announce what you are looking for and what your budget is. 

Weebly for sure. Easy to use and cheap. 

You do not want to start with the free wordpress version in my opinion. Get your own domain and start getting the seo going. Just too cheap to get a great theme.

My concern is that the logical way to say the name is cash for houses now and if they go to your site and are trying to remember then they might go to wrong site the second time thinking they remember the name.

Make sure if you decide on that, that you only buy if the houses and homes versions are both available and point one to the other.

WStreets is easier if you are ever going to use bandit signs.

I have a keyword alert set up for Orlando. Every time someone named Orlando replies to any post I get an alert. It makes me disregard posts. Is there any way to fix this?
