I've used https://biggerpockets.mysmartmove.com/ a few times and its been great. $25 for both a credit score and a criminal background check is a terrific value (others are more expensive).

I've had more luck in recent years with Zillow Rental Manager than Craigslist. I agree with others who have said that, in a tight rental market, getting TOO MANY prospects rather than TOO FEW can sometimes happen (which of course is great for us as landlords).

I've always been a fan of biggerpockets.mysmartmove.com
$25 is a great price for the criminal report and credit score. And, there's been little to no wait (hours), in my experience.

As others have said,
https://biggerpockets.mysmartmove.com/
$25 for both criminal and credit score is the best value I've seen out there. Its fast (within a day) too.

$25 for credit score AND criminal background check. Its been very fast (a few hours) everytime I've used it. The no-brainer way to do tenant screening.

Another vote for Smartmove from this Website's program (https://biggerpockets.mysmartmove.com/). Fast (usually within hours) and inexpensive ($25 option includes a criminal check). I've used it many times and always been satisfied.

My company is in this field, and I'm not surprised that Intuit Payment Network - given what they charged ($0.50 per ACH) - is exiting. In fact, just over the past two years, a number of companies used by landlords have shutdown - WilliamPaid (which offered free ACH), SparkRent ($1 ACH transfer), effectively Rentmatic, etc...
The long-term track record to-date of free rent payment services is not great. I understand that landlords desire a "free" service, but running a business does involve real costs, and electronic rent collection does involve both fees and risks - and all of that has to be paid to have a long-term sustainable business.

I've used SmartMove through BiggerPockets quite a few times over the years and have always been really satisfied. https://biggerpockets.mysmartmove.com/
Its also a great way to support BiggerPockets (since they are an affiliate partner of TransUnion SmartMove) for providing an excellent place to have discussions about real estate investing.
