The VA team is using a different texting and RVM software. The scrubbing isn't as strict as other big names out there. I think this software is just new, maybe 2-3 yrs but it has been our lead machine for about a year now. Let me know if you need help. :)

@Jay Hinrichs when you watch it you will see the lady that took them down was working on an Island in Clear Lake CA.. were my dad was a developer in the 60s and that island was the center of many land deals.. it could NEVER be developed but the lady had a dream and Remington just led her along.. big mistake ............whoa that one hits close to home. I will pay close attention to that Jay. Looks lIke RemIngton messed wIth the wrong lady. So your pops was a developer in his day?

@Jess White My property manager collects cash or money orders. We do not accept personal checks as I’ve had checks bounce along with the tenant bouncing as well. Most of the tenants do not have a smart phone and or internet banking to be able to adapt to electronic payments so as much as I would like to automate that aspect it’s just not a reality for my rentals.

@Jay Hinrichs Remmington financial was the mother of this .. great American greed espisode.. really shows how the pump and dump due diligence scam lenders work in real time.. worth watching.  I love watching American greed. I will absolutely watch that episode this weekend. Thanks Jay, I hope you and your family have a wonderful thanksgiving holiday weekend as well.

@Darren Bodle This is a great discussion! Yes I agree with @Quito Keutla , system automation and great lead gen strategy is the key. We currently have a system in place that works for us right now. Leads are pouring in and we do have virtual assistants who take care of that including tracking. We do text, RVM, and calls. That is great. SYSTEMS ARE tHE KEY. I am interested to learn more about the text marketing and what company to do with as well as the RVM as well. I had the Sean terry RVM lead machine but once the list got scrubbed there was only a few numbers left to call so maybe you have a different RVM resource.
