We have pulled the comps. With a potential sale after rehab of $80K, this 3BR/1BTH home has all the potential to get back to its original profitable status with a little bit of elbow grease. Nice 2 car detached garage (Not affected). Fire started on porch and began to roll back before being put out. With Rehab Est at $30k this house will be easy to flip or rent. A great investment property, located in a great, quite, manicured, country setting of South Bend. Neighbors enjoy the great nearby schools, close proximity to grocery and shopping malls. Minutes from The University of Notre Dame, you are in a prime location.

Anna
In my experience, South Bend has a great rental market. Most places have an average fo $600-$700. depending on area. But you can definitely find more. The city has cleaned up with a partnership with the University of Notre Dame, and if you check the economy section of the paper here, you'll find over 700 Million dollars has been flooded into development of this area. It wont be long before there's an up-tick in cost, and a decrease in availability.
