The title of this thread is "Republicans think they won?" when there were two Gubernatorial Elections, but won by a Republican. As posted before, I wouldn't call this a loss, would you?

My question to you is very simple. How well or how much do you know about Sarah Palin? Did you read her book? Did you read any of the 'minutes' from her Governor Meetings? Or do you get your INFO from Crazy Noisy News (CNN), Common Bovine -hit (CBS), Mainly Smearing Nearly Bankrupt Crap (MSNBC).

I read Obama's book, he admitted to smoking pot and snorting coke. I read Palin's book, she admitted to wearing a swim suit on the beaches in Hawaii.

You give Palin a hard time about "seeing Russia from her doorstep" but you say nothing about Obama "visiting all 57 states" And one I really enjoy, Gore saying the center of the earth is MILLIONS OF DEGREES HOT. The surface of the sun is between 5500 and 6000 degrees centigrade. If the earth were 'millions of degrees', we wouldn't be here right now. Al Gore is a complete MORON, IDIOT and totally clueless. Global Warming? Ask the citrus growers in Florida about that!

We can trade "stupid quotes" all day long, by Obama, McCain, Biden, Palin, etc... Since Sarah Palin carried an 80-90 percent approval rating in Alaska, I guess 80-90 percent of Alaskans must be "intellectually deficient". When 2012 gets here and we have 15% unemployment, 10%+ inflation, a National Debt in excess of $15T and more foreclosures than we want to see, I would love to hear you argue about how intellectual Obama is. Maybe we can blame it on his extensive DRUG ABUSE.

My wife and I currently only own 3 SFR rentals. My parents, both who are very ill, own 22 residential units and 1 commercial unit. I do the bookkeeping for all of them.

I wanted to buy one more last year, but my mother did not want to incur any debt, so we only bought 1 last year. Expanding our rental base came to a crawl when my parents got sick 6 years ago. I hope to pick it up within the next 24 months.

If all properties were rented, the GSR would be $30,000+ per month. My goal before I leave this rock is to get that to six figures. I guess I have about 30 years to do that!

Thank you so much for that clarification J. And all this time, I thought it was the 'intellectually void' that put the current carbon based being in the White House.

Rich, you are correct, I may be wasting my time. But you have to admit, it is quality entertainment to watch the left attack Sarah Palin, Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh, Laura Ingram, Ann Coulter, Bill O'Reilly and the like.

They attack people so much, I am not sure they even know what the message really is.

For those who are interested, here is the message, "IT IS NOT THE GOVERNMENT'S JOB TO MAKE YOUR LIFE HAPPY, EASY AND WORRY FREE!"

Food, Clothing and Shelter IS NOT A RIGHT!
Education IS NOT A RIGHT!
Health Care IS NOT A RIGHT!

These are all products and services that a person can chose to purchase or not purchase.

Here is where things are screwed up. 50 years ago, 9-10% of government expenditures were on American Infrastructure. Today, 2% goes to infrastructure. What got bloated? Social Programs! The government gives people money for being too lazy to get up off their duffs and go to work, generation after generation.

We could cut the US Government in HALF, eliminate the Death Tax and Capital Gains Tax, and America would rise to greatness again.

J Scott, even you surprise me on this one. Sarah Palin did not quit to make money, she quit because of all of the unfounded 'ethical allegations' were just too distracting for her to fulfill the job of governor.

Here is THE question. If Sarah Palin is such a 'non-issue', why are those on the left continually attacking and pounding her? If she is such a non-issue, then ignore her and what she does. The looney left is SO AFRAID of her that they release a book called "Going Rouge" the same day Palin releases her book called "Going Rogue".

The FEAR that the left has of Sarah Palin is so entertaining to those of us on the right.

J Scott, you call her 'pathetic', but the fact that you even have to post about her is that you actually feel that she is a THREAT. It truly MAKES MY DAY!

Thanks Jon. I need a referral for an excellent management company that handles Section 8 Rentals in Fresno, California.

Is there some place on these forums to ask for a Quality Referral for a Property Management Firm? I have eight houses that were managed by three different companies in 2009 and I am ready to move to a 4th. It is ridiculous. Since I don't want to do something wrong, I won't mention what city and state they are in, but I really need a good referral. Am I allowed to ask for a referral?

I know what you mean J. I am totally against the "Clash for Clunkers" program, but if it helps my child get a car, I think it's great! Isn't life a biotch!!! :D

No, Mike. The Obamamanians! as you like to call them, expect the government to protect them from to-big-to-fail corporations and special interest, profit-driven companies that do nothing other then increase their bottom line.

Let me repeat, "DO NOTHING OTHER THEN INCREASE THEIR BOTTOM LINE." Obviously, the goal is to make money, but to do so, a Corporation must COMPETE with other corporations. How? By 'building a better mouse trap.' Why is Toyota outselling GM?

I don't need to be protected from too-big-too-fail corporations. I need to be protected from a government that wants to control my life, my health care, my education, etc...

J Scott really likes to REACH out when he compares the money Michael Moore is making to a person receiving Section 8 housing rent.

Stick to the subject J, "Is Michael Moore making PROFIT by railing against Capitalism?"
