Josh I applaud you in your willingness to  go against the grain.  I too believe that there are great opportunities in Detroit and the surrounding  areas.   you might want to check out  @Robert Syfert from USA Portfolio .  He and his team offer great customer service and have turnkey properties all across Detroit and the Suburbs. 

I  am in search of Multifamily properties in and around Detroit.  50% Occupied.  In C or better areas. Anything up to $2Mill. Not opposed to renovations but not looking for full rehab.     Mid-Town, New Center  or surrounding areas preferred,  I know these areas can be pricey. Please PM with any possibilities.
