@Ugwu Uche
"Atlanta REI" is good for if you want a paid group.
"NW Metro Atlanta REI" is GREAT and also unpaid... and "Have's & Wants" that meets up just about every Thursday.
Those are the solid ones I've found on Meetup.com
Hope that helps!

Speaking to what Nancy asked, are you pulling permits for this so you can market it as updated and the next owner can too?
I really appreciate the feedback guys, that gives me a pretty good idea of how this could work.

Hi,
I am a wholesaler who works with investors in Atlanta and all surrounding areas.
Many of my investors do not want to even look at a 3 bed / 1 (or 1.5) bath unless it can be easily converted to a 3/2.
I am wondering how you go about determining for yourself if a deal can be easily converted?
I've hear of people turning closets into bathrooms; Which sounds easy enough. But what are the markers (features) you look for that scream "I CAN BE MADE INTO A 3/2 WITH EASE"..
Thank you in advance for any and all feedback!

Robert Kiyosaki, T. Harv Eker, Trump... all say that NOW is the best time to buy real estate. Does not matter the season as long as you hold onto it for long enough. Over time real estate will always go up in value.

Hi,
Here is an ROI sheet we use with our investors to qualify great deals.
https://drive.google.com/open?id=0BwDqB5j2EHKyWFB6...
(save it to be able to edit it...)
Wanted to add a bit of value to the community, and see if anyone else has experience.... share some feedback on this sheet (what would you change?)
OR please share your own.
Thanks Guys & Gals!
