@Nelson Barss, Please post back here if you find some great portfolio lenders in Utah. We are looking to start investing in the next year or so once we have the funds, and are very interested in the BRRRR strategy here as well. We've done flips in years past in WA, but we were never successful at turning them in to rentals, in part b/c we didn't have the kind of resources here on BP to help us figure out BRRRR basics. I went Pro a few weeks ago. (Yay!) However, I think I must have accidentally deleted the introductory email showing where I could get the free books, conference audio, etc. I can't seem to find them in my account and when I look under the education tab to find them, it says I need to purchase them. How do I access all these "free" benefits that are supposed to be included in my pro membership? Is there a place I can see them on my account, on the website, or only through that email? Thanks in advance! 

Thanks Jeff!  Would you happen to have recommendations for local banks/portfolio lenders/hard $ lenders/brokers in Utah that you like working with? I'm also looking to get in the game in the next year here in UT and I'm just trying to do my due diligence. Maybe you can PM me if that isn't allowed on the forum??  Thanks!
